Click for Testing Page

The Federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 created new requirements for 3 classes of operators for underground storage tanks
· No facility may operate after August 8, 2012 unless operators have been designated
· All facilities must designate at least one Class A, one Class B, and one Class C operator.
A single person can carry all 3 designations.
· These A, B, and C operators must be trained and tested by an approved trainer.

The Act also requires that after June 28, 2010 all facilities must have emergency procedures readily available and posted at the site. Here are a couple of samples for your use.
